The resort has many amenities including two outdoor pools, an indoor pool and hot tub, plus a fitness room, and basketball and tennis courts.

Welcome to Mobile! Enjoy this entire well maintained condo in the heart of Midtown Mobile close to three major hospitals and just minutes from downtown. Community clubhouse with pool, grill area and work out room is available. My bookings come with a welcome basket . It is available for short term and longer stays. Summerville includes a pool, hot tub, and fitness room with the clubhouse. The condo open floor plan is spacious and you will love the large balcony. The kitchen, open to the living and dining rooms is fully equipped for all you cooking needs. There are two multi-charges in the condo and great wifi.
