Also search "Boatel California" - right next to us. We call this a "Boatel" because it is a like a "Floating Hotel" or a large RV on the Water. Plenty of room to sleep and relax. You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness! It is less than 100 feet to all the action at Ventura Harbor Village with restaurants, live music, shops, famous ice cream shop, boat rentals, wine tasting, a gorgeous beach, more!

There is a Queen bed, living room with pull-out sofa, full kitchen, indoor dining nook, bathroom, & dining table in the patio. Cozy, clean, & easygoing. Welcome the the newly completed Sea Lofts at Padaro Beach. This is Santa Barbara's most exclusive beach. You won't find closer accommodations to the water for miles. Not only are you a few feet from the sea, you are a hundred yards from surf shops, restaurants and boutiques. The Sea Lofts are the premier beach destination for Santa Barbara. You can walk for miles at low tide, or just sit on the deck or beach and watch the sunset. The lofts are well appointed with kitchenettes.

We're excited to welcome you to our rental that is a beautiful 2 bedroom - 2 bath located just a couple minutes walk from Butterfly Beach and Coast Village Road. Enjoy the avocado, lime, meyer lemon, orange and fig trees in the fenced yard. We encourage you enjoy any ripe fruit during your stay. Traveling with kiddos? Amazing romantic getaway! Walk to the Beach and Hiking Trails from The Summerland Nest. Our beautifully remodeled studio is a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, coffee, shops and the beach! A short drive North to Montecito's Coast Village road shops and eateries. Or South to the quaint town of Carpinteria. Or, just stay in and enjoy the views and sunsets from your own private deck! The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.

This sunlit garden suite is located in the heart of the Butterfly Beach neighborhood of Montecito and is the perfect setting for a couple’s romantic getaway or a solo traveler seeking a serene environment. The suite offers a private entrance in the back of our home which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a mere 6-minute walk to either Butterfly Beach or Coast Village Road, which is known for its distinctive boutiques and restaurants.
