Bakers Ridge Loft

Bakers Ridge Loft is special because of it’s cute, high-end industrial-look charm with exposed brick. The main floor has an open concept layout with fully equipped kitchen area and rocking/reclining loveseat to watch a 55” TV. The bathroom with large shower is off this room, as well as a utility room with a washer/dryer. The loft upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed with a desk. It’s two miles from area hospitals and WVU’s Evansdale campus but has a country-quiet feel with back porch and yard.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. All newly renovated, this four bedroom home features wide LVP flooring, solid surface countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The deck is on the smaller side - It’s a 4x8 space on the backside of the building facing a creek. In the summer and fall it provides a quiet and peaceful place for coffee and relaxing.

Copper House is a light, airy, tree-shaded lakefront home. Situated in a private community on a 20 acre lake, this home is a short 15 minute drive to downtown Morgantown and 10 minutes to the I-79 / US-68 interchange. A large 12'x35' deck overlooks the lake in the rear. Ideal area for relaxing or grilling. Please note: we do not allow large parties.
