It is separated from the rest of the house with a private entrance and patio. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. We live upstairs. We are quiet, but you may hear us at times. You will need to walk through the yard to get to the entrance. Additionally, if you are tall please note that the ceiling height is low in the bedroom.

Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each and a study on the main floor and another bedroom with a queen bed and three more single beds downstairs. You could walk the three miles to Indiana University. Our favorite food co-op is just a mile from the house. So many things to do on campus or in town.

Located on the north side of Bloomington, it is just 15 minutes from downtown Bloomington, the IU stadium, and an hour from Indianapolis. Nestled in the forests of the Indiana Uplands, the space offers a covered porch with a private entrance, a spacious living room, a kitchenette, and a master bedroom with a full bath.

This unique hexagonal apartment has a private entrance, front and back decks, and attached sunken garden. As you enter you are welcomed into a cedar walled landing with a few steps down to a large den looking out onto the garden or up to the open two bedroom apartment. This is the perfect hideaway for a quiet visit in the hills of southern Indiana away from the the hustle and bustle of the city. This is not suitable for you to host extra guests and cars during your stay.

Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.

You will have one suite in this duplex style building that has 2 suites with separate entrances and no shared indoor space. Non-refundable Pet fee = $50 plus taxes. Credit card authorization of $150 required for incidentals.

Great for families, graduations, or IU sporting events. This is the lower floor of a split-level home, featuring 3 bedrooms and 7 beds with a large patio, hot tub, privacy fence, and pool table. Three miles south of IU campus, a ten-minute walk to the YMCA, and a 15-minute drive to Lake Monroe. Dogs welcome on this floor. Hot tub is open year-round.
