Originally built in 1885, this cozy little place is located just off the historic town square in downtown Tellico Plains and is within walking distance of the Tellico Grains Bakery, Charles Hall Museum and Cherohala Skyway Visitor Center. We are just minutes away from The Tail of The Dragon, GSMNP., The Smoky Mtn Speedway. We are 21 minutes from The Shed, 25 minutes from McGhee Tyson Airport, 35 minutes from UT. We are in the country, but still only 15/20 minutes back to town. Watch your speed and animals. We are in the country!!!

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

There is a very important looking king size bed, gorgeous mountain decor, fold out sofa, Adirondack chairs for the porch and old-fashioned porch swing. Full kitchen, one bath, 65" Smart TV with Fast WiFi. Tucked into the woods with a BIG hot tub, this is perfect place to celebrate or honeymoon. Come with friends. Or be selfish and bring her just to be together. Well, you could bring the pup too.
