While we back acres of nature and open space, we are only ten minutes from downtown Moorpark. The pool is heated by the sun, so only warm in the summer. Ten minutes from train station. NOTE: NO full kitchen; unit has mini fridge, microwave, hot plate and coffee/tea station.
