A distanza di 2 km si trova una spiaggia pubblica gratuita con servizi igienici. A 2.5 km di distanza si trovano ristoranti, centri commerciali e centri fitness Il centro di Lugano si raggiunge in auto in circa 15 minuti. La zona offre tante possibilità di escursioni a disposizione su richiesta un divano-letto.

Dall' 01.09.25 al 29.05.26 e dal 01.09.26 al 01.06.27 nel soggiorno é compreso l'utilizzo dell'Hot Pot... immersi nell'acqua calda davanti ad una vista meravigliosa!

Arogno liegt südexponiert, durch einen Hügelzug abgeschirmt von Lärm von Autobahn- und Zugverkehr und ist doch nah davon und 10 Autominuten vom See und Bahnhof entfernt. Das Haus eignet sich insbesondere für Entspannung im Grünen, Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Kultur- und Badeferien im Tessin. Am See hat es unzählige Badeplätze. In Rovio ein Wasserfall mit Badebecken.
