‘Off Broadway' studio is a modern & well appointed one-bedroom studio. A private deck to soak up the sun, then retreat to a spacious studio inclusive of reading nook, fridge, TV (with Netflix) & free Wi-Fi. The studio includes a bathroom with a luxurious rain shower & boutique Ena body/hair products for your personal use. The studio located in our garden includes your own private entrance & off-street car parking. Premium locally made muesli is provided along with T2 tea and Lavazza coffee.

Light filled and very spacious, elegant one bedroom apartment with a pull out QS sofa bed also available in separate lounge room. We offer approx. 120 square metres of fully self contained living attached to our residence. Relax in comfy recliner arm chairs and enjoy the beautiful sunset views from the lounge room or enjoy them from the large private deck area, or watch our Smart TV enjoying your complimentary wine and food platter. At The Haven you’ll find a peaceful ambience. Located on “Arthurs Seat” in Dromana, the view from each bedroom and the living room is of the Port Phillip Bay. The view to the north includes the cities high rise profile and a sweep of the bay. The everchanging vista is mesmerising. If you just need a relaxing ‘do nothing’ break, there is a very comfortable couch, a big TV with Wifi access, puzzles and books. And never forget, the amazing view.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.
