Med bivanjem v tem prenočišču na osrednji lokaciji boste z družino blizu vseh pomembnih točk. Nahaja se v mirnem središču vasi Škofije oddaljeno 7 km od Trsta, 7 km do Kopra. Najbližje plaže v Ankaranu je oddaljena 4 km približno 7 km pa je do nove plaže v Kopru. V bližini je trgovina, pošta, bari, slaščičarna. Urejene so peš poti in kolesarska pot Parencana, po kateri lahko pridemo do turističnega Portoroža. 20 km od Škofij se nahaja kobilarna Lipica, 50 km Postojnska jama in Predjamski grad.

The apartment is located in a historical house, we have tried to preserve the unique charm of a stone Croatian house, although the whole interior and equipment is ultra modern. 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room and kitchen. All rooms have air conditioning and fiber optic internet. About our kitchen: we have put a lot of effort into it, restoring all the stone elements. There is a cozy patio with a roof of grapes and an ancient well. It is a 6 minute walk down the steps to the beach.

Unser Haus verfügt über 3 im Jahr 2017 sanierte vollklimatisierte 4* Apartments, Pool und einen großen Gartenbereich den jeder nutzen kann. Bis zum Meer sind es 7 Gehminuten, in das Örtchen Ika 10 Gehminuten und in den Stadtkern von Lovran 15 Gehminuten. Fußläufig sind zwei Supermärkte zu erreichen. Die nächst größere Stadt, Opatija, erreicht man über Franz-Josef-Weg am Meer entlang in 6 km oder in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto/Bus. Jedes Apartment verfügt über einen sicheren Parkplatz im Hof.

Just a short stroll to the beach below (10 minutes) and old fort above (8 minutes). All the magic of Mediterranean seaside is literally on your doorstep. The apartment sleeps up to 6 people. It has 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and additional sofa beds, and 1 twin bedded bedroom. one bathroom with a shower cubicle, and a fully equipped kitchen.

It is located in the small Istrian village of Manjadvorci, in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula. 150 m from the first restaurant, and 300 m from the first market. In spiaggia si puo andare a piedi (10 minuti) o in macchina. Avete a disposizione 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 divano letto in cucina (completamente fornita di tutto l'essenziale), loggia con vista mare, bagnio e TV.
