Lovely views across to Mt Gibraltar, attracting 5* feedback from 95% of guests. Sunny aspect. Quiet, semi-rural neighbourhood. Small patio with garden furniture and barbecue. Free car parking adjacent to private ramped entrance. Key-safe access. By negotiation a small, mature, well-behaved dog accepted in living area, (not in bedrooms, please) and under control in garden area. My place is unsuitable for long term rental so I am not depriving anyone of an affordable housing opportunity.

Lil’s Place is a beautiful three bedroom home within walking distance, along the bike track, to the quaint town of Bowral. You can easily enjoy the township and all it has to offer or relax at home with a private back yard and undercover decking as well as comfortable living and dining spaces and comfortably appointed bedrooms. The beautiful country style kitchen is fully equipped and a delight to cook in. Also important, Lil’s Place has amazing heating for Bowral’s famous cold weather!

You will feel your worries ebb away while you listen to the natural surrounds, or your fave tunes. What you get up to during the day is totally up to you, go hiking, explore the local beaches, shops, cafés and eateries or simply sit by the fire with a good book and be alone with your thoughts! Your off-grid venture awaits – This is not your normal hotel stay!!

Unique cottage on beautiful farm close to beaches

This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. Close to beaches, Gerringong and Kiama.

Cottage with Magnificent views

The cottage is a cute 2 bedroom stand alone house situated on the high side of moss vale towards Robertson. It has views right across the mountains and looks over the agricultural grounds so you feel like your in the country but only 2 mins from town. You can drive up to the house in your own private driveway. We can arrange for a spare single mattress if you have a family of 5. It has a gas hot water and a full kitchen if you need it. It’s also fully fenced so you can bring your dog.

Snuggle up on the couch, stream a movie you never got to see or work on the super fast internet. Take a walk along the country lanes and enjoy the fresh air.

This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

The Carriage House at the historic homestead, Welby Park Manor has been lovingly restored and renovated. Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. On-site parking is available, wood is supplied for the slow-combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit. you will be welcomed with drinks on arrival. The Sauna Haus, completed in October 2021, is situated on a 1 acre property, shared with our residential home. It is perfect for couples and small families wanting to retreat from the world whilst being a short 5 min. drive/15 min. walk to Bowral and surrounding attractions including vineyards, boutiques, cafe's and golf clubs. If you are bringing a dog, please include it in your booking and read 'Other details to note' about what dogs we welcome.
