One queen size bedroom and the second bedroom also has a Queen Size bed both with ceiling fans, kitchen facilities, split system, coffee machine, wifi, Outdoor deck with BBQ. No smoking, vaping, pets, parties or visitors apart from registered guests. 5 minute drive to beaches, Mt Eliza Village which has great restaurants and shops. 8 minute drive to Mornington. Cottage situated near main residence but has private entrance, private lawn area.2 night minimum.

Tucked away on a hillside, beneath some beautiful gum trees, and just 5 minutes from the heart of Mornington and its sandy beaches, you'll find this charming two bedroom Miners Cottage. Wake up in the morning to the sound of kookaburras, relax on the large veranda looking out towards leafy Mount Eliza, watch Foxtel on the large TV, or sit out in the evening around the fire pit with a glass of wine from a local winery. Willow Gum cottage has everything for a unique and tranquil getaway.

Light filled and very spacious, elegant one bedroom apartment with a pull out QS sofa bed also available in separate lounge room. We offer approx. 120 square metres of fully self contained living attached to our residence. Relax in comfy recliner arm chairs and enjoy the beautiful sunset views from the lounge room or enjoy them from the large private deck area, or watch our Smart TV enjoying your complimentary wine and food platter. Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.

The property is located in peaceful, residential area of Mount Eliza, backing on to a small Nature Reserve. The accommodation suits couples or singles (1 Queen size bed offered). The guesthouse is in close proximity to the main residence but it is in separate building with it's own access through the side gate. Internet and Netflix available.
