Cute and cosy Studio Apartment on the Rosny Waterfront. Clarence Foreshore walk and Bellerive Quay on your doorstep. Reserved off-street parking, key lock-box entry. Queen Bed, built-ins with storage/hanging space. Small Ensuite (shower and toilet), kitchenette with fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities. 8 minute drive to Hobart CBD and easy access to Metro Buses and Derwent Ferry. 15 minutes to Hobart International Airport. Basic provisions (milk, bread etc) and linen provided.

Walking distance to UTAS, Fitzroy Gardens and gourmet grocer. Bus stop to/ from city around the corner. Comfortable, well equipped unit with Smart TV, modern bathroom, heat pump, full kitchen & WiFi. Sofa can sleep extra guest if req. Unit is on ground floor of adjoining house.

The Woodland Inn

The Woodland Inn is not “inside city limits” but that is our thing. Perfect to escape the city, relax and reset on a tassie vacation. Located only a 10 min drive from Sandy Bay but based on a 10 acre lot. The Woodland Inn is the best of both worlds. Perfectly situated to forget the hustle&bustle of your day job and feel reconnected to the world. We do live onsite in the main house, but other than helping out when needed you won’t hear from us. Leaving you to relax and enjoy your stay!

Bella Vista Sandy Bay

This one bedroom self contained flat is part of the main house (all beds are in the one room). The flat has separate entrance. New fully-furnished kitchen and bathroom. Fantastic water views and only 5 km from the city, approximate 10 minute drive. There is a public bus stop 1 minute walk from flat. It's only 3 minutes drive to beautiful beaches (Nutgrove and Long Beach), 7 minute drive to main local shopping center (supermarkets, restaurants, chemist etc). 5 min drive to Uni of Tas.
