We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

The well-appointed eco cottage was built in 2015, is off-the-grid (solar-powered) on 21 acres with beautiful views of farmland and Coal River estuary, and plenty of wildlife. Outside the doorstep is many boutique vineyards/wineries. Your official welcoming committee is Max, a super friendly Smithfield dog.
