This is a cozy, ground level studio flat, in a newer building. The front patio is unique to the Studio guests. Parking in front of the unit, or behind the building. This unit is ADA compatible. The kitchenette is modest, with a hot plate, microwave and a toaster oven. Coffee and tea. Vaulted ceilings give the appearance of space, and the bathroom is very large. Heat/AC and sunny afternoons. Welcome to Tall Cedar. We built the loft in 2022. All the trim and baseboards are from trees that were on the property and milled up the street at a family run mill. View of the mountain, Headwaters of the Sac. River across the street at the City Park and a peaceful vibe for you to enjoy. 2 queen bed bdrms, 1 bath. A balcony with bench seating and a granite table. We allow one small dog, under 40 lbs. 40.00 fee. Modern, clean, cozy. PLEASE!! NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY!

It is a 4-minute drive from downtown, a quarter mile from the headwaters, and .2 miles walk to the Peace Garden.
