Just a 15-20 minute 'steep' walk to blue flag beach ‘Langland Bay’, great for swimming, surfing, & paddle boarding. Mumbles is the gateway to Gower Penisula, the UK's first designated area of outstanding natural beauty - beaches, castles, salt marshes & views galore!

Not forgetting the entrance to Oystermouth Castle. The flat is the perfect place to explore the beautiful village of Mumbles and the further a field picturesque, Gower.
