Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

After long work all you need is vacation. Apartment "Urban Nature" is located in a quiet, newly decorated street not far from the center of Otocac. The apartment is located in a separate building surrounded by greenery in a quiet part of town, without noise and traffic, which enhances your discretion and enjoyable vacation. The property is located near a shopping center and within walking distance of the town center, local restaurants and other tourist facilities in wider area with car.

The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

D-tree house - luxury cottage with heated pool

Completely new house located just 100m from the sea with heated pool. The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.

Villa Jelena

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

"Figurica" House by the sea with 5 bedrooms

On the northern tip of Pag, in Lun–Tovarnele, lies Holiday House Figurica, right by the lighthouse and sea. Renovated with modern comfort while keeping its 1953 charm, it offers 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a living room and kitchen. You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

House Arupium - HOT TUB

House Arupium nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini rijeke Gacke, svega 3 km od središta grada Otočca. Kuća je površine 60 m2, te je kompletno opremljena. Posjeduje terasu ispred kuće sa pogledom na rijeku i planine, te manju terasu koja se nalazi na samoj rijeci. Kuća je potpuno obnovljena i namještena sa novim namještajem.
