Zu Fuß erreicht man alles: den See, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kultur (Kino, Museum), Sportmöglichkeiten wie Golf, Fahrradfahren, Schwimmen, Segeln, SUP, Tennis etc. Mit dem Zug/ SBahn in 30 Minuten ist München erreichbar.

Our flat on the 5th floor (without lift :) is a gem in Munich. Built in the 90s in the roof, with wood from the Bavarian forest, it offers a hide-away from busy Munich on 100 square metres. In addition to the bathroom and the spacious bedroom, it consists of a large living room with an open-plan kitchen andwinter garden as well as a second level with an additional bed. There are many details and art on the walls to discover.
