The villa is close to the beach and just 15 minutes drive from Kotor Old Town. Nearby you can find a grocery store/mini market, restaurants, coffee bars, bakery, post office, etc. On the walking distance from the house, there are five restaurants at the seaside offering traditional Mediterranean menu.

This beautifully renovated 300 year old captain’s stone house is on the Prcanj waterfront, one of the picturesque villages on the UNESCO protected Kotor Bay. Casa Zarden is the top three floors and is host to a lush back garden with an outdoor kitchen/barbecue/dining area and a separate guest house. There is access to a large ponta/jetty in front of the house and a small beach is just two doors down. Perfect for 1 or 2 families.
