This is a renovated 1960's charmer of an old home. It has all the mod cons and a new bathroom. The King main bed is top of the line comfort mattress. 2 Queen beds in other bedrooms. It has a Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Outdoor area with table and chairs to accomodate 8 with a brand new weber BBQ and adjoining 2nd toilet. Secure undercover parking for 2 cars, boats, trailers. Situated on one of Milduras finest streets and close to the CBD. Electric blankets are supplied on each bed.

Enjoy the Mildura sunshine by our huge sparkling pool! The Walnut House is squeaky clean and newly renovated, with two lounge rooms, subscription tv, wifi and a dedicated work space.
