Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Guests have their own entrance to the downstairs Studio and your hosts live on the premises above ( You may hear the occasional footsteps !) Close to the bus and train or a 12 minute walk to the beach. Shared access to a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

There are two bedrooms, both overlooking the large rear native garden giving the space a relaxed, down-south feel. Guest accommodation is the downstairs area of a two-story home, secure and separate with private entrance and one parking space. Included is a large bathroom incl bath, open plan living/dining and a kitchenette. Perfect for up to four guests. Retired owners live upstairs
