A unique upside down two bedroom cottage with a deck and a view of the Harbor. A curated space with antique beams, handcrafted doors, flooring and cabinetry, antiques and fine art. It all lends a vintage feel to an up to date with all the amenities home. There is a private small side yard and garden with outdoor grill and seating. This is not a party house, it’s a sensitive house, my husband and I live right on the property, adjacent to the cottage, you have full privacy but no shenanigans.

Our Beachy house, furnished with a fun, beachy theme is located near Children's Beach, walking distance from the ferry & close to town on the edge of Brant Point. We are less than a block from the harbor & beach, across from White Elephant Hotel and Lola 41. This cute little 3 bedroom house has been renovated & updated with a yard surrounded by hedges, 1 parking spot (small driveway). A small yard offers a grill & outdoor dining for 4. The backdoor off of driveway leads into master bedroom.

There is a 3 piece private bathroom with washer/dryer. A full size pull out sofa is available in the very large kitchenette/game room. A 300 sq/ft comfortable sitting room with sofa, cable television, wine fridge and high top table is for your exclusive use. A private entrance allows guests to come and go freely.

Elegant over-sized colonial in Naushop! The open concept first fl boasts bedroom with en-suite. The second fl has an additional primary bedroom with en-suite, as well as king & queen bedroom that share a newly redone soaking tub. The children will have sleepovers of their dreams, in the attack with a 75” TV. Newly redone in June 2022 basement includes an arcade, in home theater, and twin beds. Entertainers backyard, community tennis courts, pool, & playground for your family to enjoy!

This bright and spacious condo is only seconds from the bike path. A quick bike ride to popular Surfside and Nobadeer beaches - ideal for surfers or beach volleyball fans. It's located near the grocery store, hospital, bus stops, bike shop, 45 Surfside cafe, Yummy cafe and sandwich shop, and wine store. It is perfect for family and friends gatherings. The private yard with the fire pit and grill is a great spot to relax some more after enjoying a day on the beach.

It also features an outdoor shower for after a long day at the beach. **House is winterized for cold weather stays**
