This spacious lower level, light -filled apartment has a large living area, private queen bedroom, and a lovely kitchenette.There is a queen sofa bed in the living room.The bathroom has a large rainfall shower.There is also a patio for guests to enjoy. This is a lower level apartment, so it is not handicapped accessible.There are 12 stairs. We also offer chartered fishing trips or harbor sunset cruises at an additional charge to our guests. Relaxation Awaits! Mid-Island Retreat

Our guest suite is a separate wing of the main house. It is separated by a locked door. You have your own separate private entrance. Perfect honeymoon suite. You must come into the backyard of the main house to access your suite. We do not allow pets in our guest suite. Our Airbnb is not suitable for infants or children. There is an additional guest fee of $150 per guest per night after the initial two guests. And please let us know if you are bringing a car so we can arrange parking.

Two-bedroom/ 1.5 bath suite in a restored historic building in Town and the only unit in the building accessed through the original front door. Refurbished in 2025, the unit combines Nantucket style with modern accents and upgrades. Minutes from Main St, walking distance to Steps Beach, and near free public transportation. There is a shared patio in the back of the building with a gas grill and table. NEW for 2026 season: blackout shades in primary bedroom; beach chairs and coolers!

Laundry in unit with kitchen and flatscreen TVs. Unit was completely redone and finished in June 2023.

Great two bedroom condo in town renovated in winter 2025 - new kitchen and updated bathroom. If arriving by ferry, you're just a ten minute walk from dropping off your bags and being on vacation. Convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping and everything town offers. Queen bed in master and single in second bedroom. Couch in living room is a pullout as well as option for blow up mattress. The condo is on the second floor.

Family apartment in town

Great for families. Mill Pond Apartments is a short walk from the center of town and ferry docks. Spacious yard with access to grill. Outdoor seating and picnic area. 1 off-street parking spot per rental. This is a family style rental, no parties permitted. Quiet hours 10 PM - 7 AM. Please note that we have a minimum rental of 5 nights per week during the peak season in July and August.
