Located in Tom Nevers, about 15 min drive from town, but walking distance to the best beaches on the island, and 5 min drive to Sconset (store, 3 restaurants). We call our home "Pinch Me" because it's our dream house, so we expect guests to treat it as we would: with respect and care. Heated lap pool, and outdoor grill/stone patio. We're a short walk to the Summer House restaurant, Chanticleer Restaurant, 'Sconset Casino, New Street art galleries & the Historic captains' and artists' cottages covered with roses. It's perfect for romantic vacationing or bringing the family.

The Cottage is a 2min walk to a secluded beach on the Atlantic Ocean. 5min walk to The Wauwinet Inn (Relais + Chateaux) and its renowned "Toppers" Restaurant overlooking the Wauwinet Bay and beautiful sunsets. Great area for swimming, walking, biking and fishing. Town is a 15min drive, Sconset is 10min drive.
