Eclectic style with amazing vibes. Yes, this IS a shared housing situation, BUT it's almost like having your own home. I primarily live across town with my husband but love to retreat to the 'Valley House' for gardening, creative time, spa days, tea w/ friends, working in my home office or doing required maintenance. I/we spend a few afternoons & maybe one night a week there. So, occasionally you would share the communal areas with cool locals, but mostly you would have the place to yourself.
