Villa ZAZ is situated in a quiet location, in central Istria. The situation of the home is idyllic, and is perfect for a complete relaxing holiday, or just to unwind at the end of a long day enjoying many of the great attractions of Istria. Villa is within 30 minutes drive of the most popular tourist attractions(Poreč, Pula, Rovinj, Motovun). Nearest airiport is in Pula, about 40 km away. Villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets, and is equipped for comfortable stay for 6 guests.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

The apartment is located in center of Pula, in pedestrian zone. It's located in a quiet street just few minutes walk from attractions like Arena, Forum, cathedral and many more. Using public transport you could reach the airport and the city beach in 10 minutes drive. Parking is available at the public parking 500 meters from the apartment. Suitable for 2 persons and it is consisted from one doubled bed, living room, TV and Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower and kitchen.

Our apartment is situated in the heart of Rovinj - Rovigno, just 400m from the main square and the nearest beaches, but in a quiet street. We have a private parking in our courtyard, which is very rare in the city centre. Cozy and comfortable, the apartment was completely refurbished in 2019 and features a double bedroom, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, air conditioning and wifi. You will love it.
