A bottle of wine, Liquor land. Both open 8am till 9pm weekdays. Fern coffee lounge for a coffee or maybe breakfast or lunch open from 6am till 2pm . Beach 5 minutes in a car. The house. Le Petit Retreat is located in a quiet neighbourhood just steps away many cafes, restaurants and various grocery shops. Iluka beach is a short 20 minute walk. ECU Campus, Lakeside Shopping Centre, Joondalup Health Campus and Joondalup Golf Resort are a 5 minute car journey away. Excellent access to public transport, bus stop is a 1 minute walk away & train station is a 15 minute walk away.

You’ll love my place because it is convenient, very central. Good local restaurants a few minutes away, Chinese, Indian, etc.
