My home is warm and comfortable with double glazing and well insulated. Peaceful. The waterfront restaurants are a ~15 min walk and the City centre ~20 min walk. Enjoy the sunny courtyard, sit at the dining table and watch the sea or city and hills, birds. Three comfortable sized bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a king single.

Our quirky house has stained glass windows, a beautiful wooden interior, views out to the ocean and is suitable for the whole family, including a dedicated pets area! There are 3 bedrooms, 1 master with an ensuite on the top level, 1 double bedroom and 1 single with an optional pop up bed. Our house is a 5 minute walk into the city, a short driving distance to Tahunanui beach, close to mountain biking trails and supermarkets. You have everything you need at your fingertips!
