C’est un magnifique penthouse situé au dernier étage d’un bel immeuble classique mais rénové. Bien qu’il s’agisse d’un grenier, l’ascenseur de l’immeuble atteint le même étage de la maison, donc pas besoin de monter les escaliers pour y accéder. Lorsque nous entrons dans l’appartement, nous trouvons immédiatement un grand salon-salle à manger, avec une cuisine intégrée, mais avec des pièces très spacieuses, car seul le salon et la cuisine ont une superficie de plus de 50 m2. De plus, depuis le salon on accède à une belle terrasse privée meublée avec des meubles de jardin. En traversant le salon, nous arrivons au distributeur du couloir des chambres, deux d’entre elles ont des lits de 0,90 x 1,90 et l’autre avec un lit double de 1,60 x 1,90. De plus, l’une des chambres dispose d’une salle de bain complète en suite, laissant l’autre salle de bain avec accès indépendant. Grâce à l’une des chambres, il y a également accès à une deuxième terrasse privée, également meublée avec deux chaises longues pour prendre le soleil et profiter de la bonne température que Madrid a habituellement. Le bâtiment dispose d'une salle de sport communautaire avec des appareils d'exercice à la disposition des locateurs qui séjournent dans l'appartement Le quartier de Madrazo est l’un des plus luxueux et exclusifs de Madrid, mais étant une rue très calme. ** Cet appartement peut être loué pour des séjours longs ou moyens. Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

This apartment is facing a beautiful and peaceful courtyard. You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment has a king size bed, and also a queen size sofa bed. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.
