Herrsching ist verkehrstechnisch optimal an den Großraum München angebunden, die S-Bahn S8 ist ca. 300m entfernt und fährt direkt ins Zentrum bzw. bis zum Flughafen.

The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).
