Sie besteht aus einem großzügigen Eingangsbereich, einer Küche mit Sitzecke, Wohnzimmer mit Schwedenofen, drei Schlafzimmern, WC und Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne, separatem WC und einem großen Südbalkon, der über Wohn- und Schlafzimmer 1 erreichbar ist. Eine große Wiese und ein Stück Wald mit Bach gehören zum Haus.
