Il a été rénové de manière optimale du point de vue de la biologie de la construction avec des matériaux de haute qualité et constitue une belle maison pour 5 personnes et 1 enfant qui souhaitent profiter de la situation en hauteur au-dessus de la vallée de la Moselle. The accommodation is located between the "Maare" (volcanic lakes) in the Volcanic Eifel near the Nürburgring and offers: Sauna for 5 people, 2 winter gardens, one with a pop-up pool, outdoor wood heated hot tub, fire pit, play area, trampoline, fitness equipment in the house, table soccer, table tennis in the large double garage, Netflix, wallbox for electric cars. 2 baby travel cots and 2 high chairs are available.

Luxemburg ist in wenigen Minuten per PKW zu erreichen. Direkt vor der Haustüre starten Rad- Wanderwege. Im direkten Umfeld gibt es viele weitere Freizeit, Kultur- und Sportmöglichkeiten. Das im Garten gelegene, neu renovierte Gästehaus, mit Terrasse und separatem Haus-Eingang, ist für max. 4 Personen geeignet.

So könnt ihr die Burg Eltz besuchen, die Mosel erkunden, die Traumpfade erwandern, an einer Weinverkostung teilnehmen oder eine Bootsfahrt machen.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. Beautiful Müllerthal as well as the lake of Echternach with a swim area, beautiful play grounds and other activities are only 20 resp. 10 min. away. The house consists of a main building with a tiled stove and an adjacent building with 2 more fire places, a winter garden and a home cinema.
