This home was was the perfect place to call home during our stay. Absolutely beautiful, comfortable with the most amazing back yard and enclosed patio. Great place to enjoy coffee, tea and conversation. The piano was a treat as we had musicians with us. Here for a family reunion with just about everyone born and raised in Manchester before jetting off to different parts of the globe, it provided a central place to visit, relax and connect. The highline trail is a hop skip and a jump away! Beautiful area to explore. Virginia was a fabulous host. You feel love here.

We loved our stay at Ellen and Jennifer’s house. It was perfect for a weekend trip with friends and our two young children to relax and have fun. The hosts were very quick to respond and gave clear instructions for everything. The kitchen was well-stocked and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We wanted a unique stay not too far from home for a brief break in our lackluster winter routine. Ken's farm certainly filled the bill. The best description we can come up with for the house is that it is part antique store, part natural history museum, part collectibles emporium, part library, and part very cozy home! We have never stayed in such an interesting, spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked Airbnb before. Ken is a very personable host who gave us a tour of the home he obviously loves after first having helped us lug our belongings from the truck. He answered questions promptly, kept the walkways clear of snow and ice, gave us fresh eggs from his chickens for breakfast, and had started a welcoming fire in one of the two fireplaces just prior to our arrival. If you are looking for a quiet country setting with a few pleasant surprises, Kenneth's farm is the place to be!

Mark was extremely responsive and any question or request that I made. Excellent to communicate with. We very much enjoyed using the backyard patio and his lobster pot with propane gas fuel for boiling our delicious Maine lobsters which we picked up just around the corner. Location was ideal for walking to restaurants and beautiful residential areas in the charming neighborhood. If you items need repair in the house, and general could use a little updating with linens, mattresses, and lighting. But for host, responsiveness, ideal, location, and backyard dining, you couldn’t ask for anything better.

Super comfortable, great back yard. Guests were welcome to visit while we were there. Jane met all our needs and more. We couldn't have asked for a better place. We will definitely rent from Jane again. Beautiful country with lots to see and do.

We had the most amazing time and are hopeful to come back again! We also hired Jessica, a private chef, to cook dinner for us, and not only was she accommodating to our dietary restrictions and palate preferences, but more so so seemed to go out of her way to make sure we had the perfect meal and experience. I’m telling everyone about our visit and insisting that they go. Truly, this was an 11/10 experience.

This an amazing place to stay and close enough for Mystic Valley Hunt Club shows. Great hosts with exceptional amenities. A must book!

Second time staying here! Very reasonably priced and super comfy bed (makes a huge difference when you are staying a week plus!). Would recommend!

Joanne’s place is an amazing, convenient location. The place is short drive to the casino and old mystic. The place is clean and comfortable. I highly suggest it for anyone to stay there . We loved the place and will definitely stay there in the near future.

What a warm display of hospitality, truly. I was there to work on a book I’m writing but Irene and John helped make it a restful retreat as well. I appreciated so much the generous gift basket and various goodies. Check in and out was a breeze. The location is fantastic. Highly recommend.

We loved staying here perfect for our mother/daughter getaway. We will definitely stay again. Everything was clean and comfortable. The extra touches were so nice! Beds were comfortable!

Great place to stay to experience Providence. You’re under a mile from several great places to eat. It’s a 30 minute walk to Brown, RISD, etc through a working class urban neighborhood. It’s a good deal for a private suite with a full kitchen and a HUGE soaking tub. It’s an old house with typical old house quirks, but well kept and pleasant. Better deal than a hotel and much more fun. No ghosts.

Couldn’t have better things to say about this place and Pat! The location is PERFECT…walking distance to shops/restaurants on Thames and Bowens Wharf. It was my boyfriend and my first time in a bed and breakfast and it was fabulous - breakfast was perfect, and we even had the option to take it to go if we wanted. Pat made us feel at home, gave great suggestions and the blue suite was surprisingly large! Would stay again when back in Newport!

A dreamy South Hamptons getaway!! Superb location to explore the village, venture to the beach, or simply relax on the front porch. Jayne has perfected the bed & breakfast experience in her warm, historic home & made our stay one we won’t forget! Hope to be back. Thanks Jayne!

if i could give 100 stars i would! my friend and I came for a peaceful retreat but we left with so much encouragement and new friends. Tom was ready with local recommendations and was accommodating to our needs! Kate was such a joy and the pinnacle hospitality. these are people we want in our lives forever! when we are back in the area they will be our first call!!

We really enjoyed everything about our two night stay. From early checkin to very reasonable 12 check out, everything went smoothly. Additional bedding was supplied for a friend and overall the room was very large with a great big bathroom in the corner. Highly recommend.

Pine Lodge was centrally located on a quiet street just one block from Bellevue, the Main Street. The home was a lovely place to stay and well appointed. Michael was a terrific host. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely beautiful home in a lovely area! We loved our stay here and couldn’t ask for anything more. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the neighborhood was very peaceful with a great view. Rebecca was an extremely kind and considerate host and we wish we could have stayed longer! I absolutely love Jan and Tom’s place. It was clean, cozy and the location/view is beautiful! They went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable- providing recommendations, breakfast, and answering any questions we had. I definitely recommend this place - I will come back and stay for sure!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux chez Lynda et Léo qui nous ont accueilli comme des rois! Les petits déjeuners, différents chaque jour, étaient incroyables! Les chambres et la salle de bain étaient très confortables et impeccables. Lynda a pensé à tout et a laissé des snacks, de l’eau fraîche, des produits de première nécessité (brosse à dents, dentifrice…). Par ailleurs, nos hôtes sont très discrets et nous ont laissé la cuisine et le salon à disposition tous les soirs et nous avons pu dîner chez eux (accès à toute la cuisine). Nous avons eu de belles discussions intéressantes et enrichissantes. Bref, une belle rencontre ! On avait l’impression de passer un week-end chez des amis! Je recommande fortement !
