You can watch the sunrise AND sunset from the living room or 600 sq ft deck. There is a hot tub, 2 kayaks, shuffle board & private dock.

Farm Getaway

Come and experience the beauty of life on a farm! This newly renovated space has its own private exterior entrance off of the picturesque wrap around farmhouse porch and is complete with all the classic and simple farmhouse touches. We are a working livestock farm raising cows, sheep, chicken, ducks, pigs & more. This space is perfect for some outdoor adventure time while still being close to historic downtown Newberry, home of the Newberry Opera House, & not far from Greenville and Columbia.

Olde Rural Retreat

Whether you are exploring Columbia, checking on your college student, or attending a SC Midlands event, we invite you to relax and recharge at the Olde Rural Retreat. Nestled on a quiet street close to I-26, you will be no more than a 10 min drive from Downtown Newberry and Newberry College. We are even closer to Samsung, Kiswire and 30 minutes from Columbia. The stay is in the main house on the property. The guest house is an AirBnB as well, so please be aware that there may be other guests.

Greenwood Lake Front, FirePit, Outside Kitch, Dock

Our place is unlike any other on the lake! The home is fully stocked and includes kayaks, pedal boat and lilly pad for your enjoyment. We have a dock and firepit. You will have no need to go anywhere else while you are here, as Camp Q has so many things to offer. The outside kitchen has 2 grills and a fridge. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

The Inspiration House

Ryan and I are certain you will love Newberry's friendly "small town" atmosphere. Our home was built in the late 1800's. It provides visitors with an eclectic blend of "old house" charm and modern updates within walking distance to the Newberry Opera House and wonderful downtown restaurants. The house features over 3,600 square feet of high ceilings, heavy pocket doors for privacy, three fireplaces, four bedrooms with three queen and two twin beds, 3.5 baths..and a wonderful front porch.

This captivating property has it's own private boat ramp and dock, however for larger boats, the Dreher Island boat ramp is less than half a mile away. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay to visit Newberry ( we are about 7 mile from downtown ) about 5 mile off I26. Our home is extremely clean. We take pride in giving our guests a comfortable stay. Comfortable furniture and beds. Good sheets and towels. Not fancy. Plenty of nice pots and pans , fully furnished kitchen. We are on a quiet dead end road. Extremely safe. We offer plenty of options in our tv package, high speed WiFi . 2 dogs Maximum MUST be approved BEFORE booking .
