Within walking distance to the local beach & restaurants. Spend a day in Newport & your night relaxing by the firepit, play a game or watch TV. We're 25 mins. to Newport, 15 mins. to their beaches, 10 mins. to Bristol's famous 4th of July celebration & close to Roger Williams University.

Rent the entire two-family home located one mile from a private beach in the popular Bonnet Shores. Enjoy the convenience of two kitchens and two living areas under one roof. People love this setup for vacation! (We never rent the two units separately.) Fire pit, grill, outdoor shower, yard games, AC, outdoor balcony, smart TVs, washer/dryer. 5 min drive to other beaches/center of town. Close to Newport/Block Island Ferry. Firewood provided. Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Barn Sanctuary

Our Barn Sanctuary sits on five acres of land filled with chirping birds, a fire pit, outdoor dining, and room to play. It's two miles from the beaches and walking distance from an ice cream parlor. You can Uber or bus to Down Town Newport, restaurants, Newport Vineyard, Providence or Newport Mansions. Great space for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and pets. We have two cats and a young Borgi pup. Your host is a photographer and offers portraits too. What a bonus.

This spacious home boasts 2 family rooms for guests to relax in, as well as a deck, 4 comfortable bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. The house is easy to get to and has parking for up to 3 cars. Only 1.2 miles to the entrance of the Cliff Walk, and 1.5 miles to Second Beach. Hit the beach, visit the mansions, visit King's Park on the waterfront, or have dinner at Newport Harbor! A healthy walk to beaches, bars/ eateries, a short drive to Newport and a central location for everything the island has to offer!
