Lovely cottage, very thoughtful extras to make us welcome (awesome lemon drizzle cake!) Lots of maps and leaflets about local places worth visiting. Beautiful place to walk the dogs. Very friendly pub just down the road. Very enjoyable stay, thank you ☺️

Stayed with my friends for a night and place was lovely. Just right for what we needed. Hot tub was a good size and good outdoor seating. Decor was lovely and quirky, gave off a really nice cottage and rustic feel

What a stunning little cottage. Great space for me, hubby and our dog. The cottage has everything you could possibly need and more. It was very comfortable and cosy and the attention to detail is amazing. The welcome basket was an added bonus and very much appreciated. It was just a 5 minute walk into the centre of Bedale and it has everything you need.

brilliant place to stay. really nice cottage with everything you need and super comfortable. really peaceful area and perfect for a relaxing couple of days away. we will definitely be going again.

We've stayed in South Shields before and love the seaside vibe and being so easy to get into Newcastle by car or public transport. Melanie's place is the best location, so handy for the beach, restaurants and transport. Lovely, comfortable, quiet flat, very well equipped and so convenient to be able to park right outside.

We wanted a clean, comfortable base for us and our dog to have a few days walking and eating out in local pubs Neil’s place place was perfect for us, set in a stunning location, walks from the door, quiet and peaceful with plenty of space and home comforts The bottom line is that we would go back!

Really beautiful place and a great stay for a laid back weekend, lots a places nearby to vist as well. Debs was great and responsive to any messages too.

An absolutely beautiful air BnB in a beautiful location. There’s views of the sea from the property and property itself was stunning. Stayed with all of my bridesmaids the night before my wedding and it was the perfect relaxing stay. Super comfy beds and roomy bathrooms (two of them contained both a separate shower and bath, one half bath upstairs). Would love to come stay again <3

Lovely, clean, spacious lodge in a lovely setting with a perfectly placed hot tub. The lodge meet all our requirements. Plenty of storage space, extra bedding provided and all the essentials. Highly recommended.
