we like to wellcome you in our wooden en ecological house Brokantie in Roosdaal, Belgium, about 20km from Brussels. You can enjoy the peace, nature and recreation and relaxation in our house with Finnisch sauna. You also have the possibility of buying one or more of our restored furniture and accessories and also local and artisanal products from the region... We heten u van harte welkom in ons houten gastenverblijf in Roosdaal in het mooie glooiende Pajottenland, op amper 20km van Brussel. U kan er genieten van de rust, natuur en ontspanning in ons vakantiehuisje met Finse sauna. Uniek bij ons is dat u onze zelfgerestaureerde brocante meubels en woonaccessoires kunt aankopen... Onze formule: vakantiehuis waar u autonoom kan verblijven, er is een keuken waar u zelf uw maaltijden kan bereiden. Toch kunnen we u een heerlijk (streek)ontbijt aanbieden voor 8 (10) € pp, kinderen tot 10 jaar voor 4 (5) € pp. voor maaltijden, snacks of afhaalgerechten kunt u in verschillende zaken in Roosdaal terecht. In het dorp vindt u al het nodige voor uw dagelijkse boodschappen en bankverrichtingen. Er is ook een bibliotheek, fit-o-meter, sportcentrum... Er zijn vele uitstapmogelijkheden in het Pajottenland, zo zijn er 15 kastelen te bezoeken, 6 brouwerijen, een Rozentuin enz. Voor wandelingen, fietsen, mountainbike, huifkartochten, menroutes, boottochten op de Dender bent u hier aan het juiste adres! U kan ons met het openbaar vervoer bereiken met de trein: station Okegem, Ninove, Liedekerke of Denderleeuw. Er is ook een bushalte: lijnbus 127en 128.

On the ground floor you enter the house and you immediately take the stairs to the first floor.There is the bedroom,bathroom and toilet.Then you go upstairs through the fixed attic stairs and you enter the loft.You can stay in this cozy space.You have the seating area,dining table and kitchen area.The door of the large round window brings you to the terrace. You have to climb two stairs to get to the loft.The 2nd bed is in the sittingarea. A little dangerous for children,so only babies allowed.

Notre ancienne exploitation agricole, reconvertie en maison de charme entourée d’un grand jardin à l’anglaise comprenant un étang, est située à côté d’un joli ruisseau jouxtant des prairies où paissent chevaux et vaches, à quelques encablures du bourg. Notre propriété plaît autant aux voyageurs désireux de découvrir la région qu’aux femmes et hommes d’affaires qui y trouvent quiétude et sérénité. Biévène ( Bever) est située non loin des villes plaisantes d’Enghien, de Lessines et de Grammont.

Notre maison charmante et confortable vous garantit tout le confort nécessaire pour un court ou long séjour, à vous de choisir. Je peux toujours vous offrir des routes à velo locaux.

Deze zeer ruime woning wordt in de week bewoond door Tom, tijdens weekends en vakantieperiodes verhuurt hij zijn huis. Deze is gelegen in de Vlaamse Ardennen, tussen akkers en weilanden. Je kan er genieten van vergezichten en een grote tuin met een gezellige vuurplaats. Er is een garage bij de woning (met dartsbord) en een oprit voor een extra auto. De woning heeft 3 ruime slaapkamers (2x2persooons- en 1x1persoonskamer), ruime badkamer, leefruimte met beamer als televisie en een open keuken.

Op de gelijkvloers vind je ook de moderne badkamer met regendouche. Er is een terras en tuin met een fraai uitzicht. De slaapkamer heeft twee comfortabele boxsprings. Je beschikt over een privé-parking en wifi. Je kan er heerlijk relaxen in een verrassend rustige omgeving, omringd door velden van het pittoreske Pajottenland.

Faites une pause et détendez-vous dans cette oasis paisible. Pas de voisins. Calme et chaleureux. Je dois cependant passer par le couloir pour avoir accès à mon garage ainsi que ma chatte qui a sa litière dedans. Je suis donc la seule voisine. Le studio est à 5 min en voiture du centre d'Alost. Le train est à 3 min de marche. Restaurants et magasins à 5 min de marche ainsi que pharmacie.
