Located on a dirt road,in the country on 2 1/2 acres,just minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the Central Coast. This is a cozy space, with a coffee pot , microwave,tea pot, toaster, small fridge, t.v, wifi. Dogs are permitted with an addition $65 per pet fee. Close to ocean..wineries..quiet..barbeque and firepit area..patio for sunbathing ..microwave and coffee pot..laundry in room w/d..small ..refrigerator..toaster...iron and ironing board and also wifi..pets MUST be picked up after..if you can provide coverings for bedding that would be great..hair is a problem! I'd also appreciate good behavior from dogs ..being barked or snarled at in my yard isn't acceptable and I spend a little time every day in my yard.. please leash if not trained

I have 2 dogs & my neighbors have a rooster, goats & sheep so I hope you’re ok with farm sounds.

The Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm is a wonderful peaceful guest house on a 5 acre lot. You’ll find a 780 sq.Ft indoor space with a private deck, giant oak trees and a beautiful view of the garden outside. The sunny open floor plan has a queen-sized bed, a couch, 2 loveseats a dining area and kitchen. The Cottage accommodates two adults. I will accept pets on a case-by-case basis.
