Located directly on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Kos island, in Kardamena, this newly built spacious Family Suite (65m2) is located on the first floor of a Beachfront property and it has two sea view balconies. It has fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dining area, two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer, two 42' LCD TVs and one 32' LCD TV all with satellite channels, free Wi-FI, independent central A/C system, two king size beds and a sofa-bed.

Aegean Studios are located in the beautiful village of Kefalos, at Kamari. They run by a local family. Each studio has three open plan levels with the kitchen and toilet/shower room at the bottom, sitting area at the middle and bedroom at the top level. A balcony with a big garden table and chairs. They are surrounded by vine trees, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and only 5 min walk from the sea, shops and restaurants.
