We designed it with large windows in all rooms, welcoming the sunlight and peaceful setting. Access to clean and empty garage for storage (No parking). We have no personal items in the guest level - all closets and dressers are empty and yours for full use! Co Host reside in lower separate entrance suite. Nothing Shared.

You get the whole lower level to yourself! The suite sleeps up to 3: a queen bed in the private bedroom and a futon in the living area. We (Ryan, Emmi, and our mini poodle JonJon) live in the home above and use a separate entrance — you'll never need to cross paths with us to come or go.

Plenty of space for 3 guests max. - Walking distance to George lane beach & Wessagusset beach. - Convenience store, Pizza & Sandwich shop on our block. - 2 miles to Hingham shipyard - 5 miles to Nantasket beach - In between several commuter rail stations and across the street from a bus stop. - 4 miles to Quincy center - 30 minute drive to Boston!
