The spacious deck (with hot tub) overlooks the forest, and it is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The Underwood Tiny House has been created to give each person who walks through its door an experience like none other!

Welcome to your own private, quiet slice of heaven on beautiful South Lake Leelanau. This cottage is in the perfect location situated between TC, Suttons Bay, Leland & Empire. Enjoy watching the sunrise each morning as you sip your morning coffee and plan your days’ adventures. The house has a private dock, 2 small queen bedrooms, fireplace, & spacious fully equipped kitchen. 1 closet, cottage is 600 sqft. No boats, parties or pets or smoking allowed. Not well suited for infants or toddlers.

Our Milk Chocolate suite is a large 1 bedroom apartment located above our gelato shop in Empire, Mi. From it's spacious breezy balcony, you can sip coffee and plan your adventure. The apartment is decorated in a colorful mid-century modern style. The bedrooms and living room both have smart tvs. There's a full kitchen stocked with the essentials and we provide toiletries and beach towels/blanket/chairs. It's a great base camp to explore the area and just a few blocks from Empire beach!
