North Historic District, Savannah : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Beautiful peaceful airbnb 1 block from Forsyth Park. We loved this location. It was easily walkable all over historic Savannah. The furnishings were comfortable; slept fantastic in the king size bed and the kitchen was the perfect size. The courtyard was a nice feature even though we did not end up sitting out there. Between the shutters and the curtains we had plenty of privacy plus blackout for sleeping. We arrived very early and Sarah was nice enough to let us store our packs in the locked entrance hallway outside of our apartment. When we had questions about the hot water Sarah answered quickly and had someone come look at it right away while we were out. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Savannah and would highly recommend this place to anyone else.

Perfect place to stay in the Bluffton area. Walking distance to many dining options and short drive to Hilton Head amenities. Next time we come to the area we will try to stay here again. Chrissy was wonderful to deal with and we had a great weekend.

Stayed 3 nights at this property and it was worth every penny. We were able to walk to any location in the historic district. The one Uber we did take (mom didn’t want to walk) was quick and reasonable. The host recommended SO many places, and the few we did try lived up to the praise. Our first time in Savannah was a big success and a lot of that was the central location of this property. Highly recommend. No crazy instructions from the host to close up either, that’s always a plus.

It’s very close to Forsyth Park, which is nice. You can walk quite a bit of the area like River Street and city market, etc. but the squares are quite long so it’s not just a 15 minute walk, but it is walkable if you like to which we do. It was a bit tight with one bathroom with four women, but we knew we were getting that. PROS: walkable with a nice breakfast place only a half a mile away and Kroger‘s supermarket about 15 to 20 minute walk away. Hosts were very responsive and the beds were very comfortable. Also, you don’t have checkout instructions. They take care of everything. I thought that was a really nice touch. CONS:if your without a car, it can be a bit of a walk. There was no booklet or anything that we could find that gave us some ideas of what to see or do or restaurants, etc. There is a free shuttle bus called DOT that we wish we had been aware of. We didn’t see it until our third day there so information from the house would be greatly appreciated. I think.

This apartment feels like home. The location is nice, safe and quiet! It’s walkable to the main sightseeing areas. The parking is easy and free. We enjoyed the stay!

Very clean house, conveniently located. Eric and Arlynn were proactive and friendly. The Starland neighborhood is a great spot—close to the historic circles, and not overcrowded the way riverfront and downtown are. A few small things to consider: street parking is scarce, especially on street cleaning days when you can’t park on one side. If you’re not the type to head in early for the night, you might need to park a block or two away. Scant bathroom amenities: other than hand soap, nothing was stocked.

Nancy’s place was great - really nice layout, bedrooms, tons of space, with a kitchenette for the basics. It can be a bit loud at night, probably because it’s across the street from a liquor store and right on the corner. So bring earplugs if that bothers you, but it is otherwise a great location right near the park.

We enjoyed our stay at The Salty Palm so much. It was clean, beautiful and felt like home. The location was perfect walking distance to beach and restaurants. Amy was wonderful and would recommend her and her beautiful home to anyone looking to visit Tybee!

We had an amazing time staying here! The house was exactly what we needed—clean, cozy, and totally on point for our baseball tournament weekend. Location? Chef’s kiss—right between Springfield and downtown Savannah, so getting around was a breeze. The host was super responsive (like, magic-level fast) and made everything feel easy and smooth. If you're heading this way, don’t even think twice—book it, unpack, and enjoy. We'll definitely be back!

This was a lovely stay and we especially loved how close it was to downtown, while having an interesting view of barges passing by. We loved the Bar Julian rooftop views, and the breakfast coffee and sandwiches from the nearby bakery. I would be hard pressed to find any improvements- the security system is a little loud in announcing when the door is opened and that’s near one of the bedrooms. The charger is for Tesla connector only- just note that if you have a different car. Overall this was a great stay with a premium kitchen, well stocked and great for us three couples.

Excellent place to stay with a pup! Large fenced in back yard, very safe and secure. Well maintained neighborhood. 3 adults, each had their own comfortable bedroom, 2 full baths. Excellent overnight stop when passing through from Florida to Virginia, good 1/2 way stop. Very thoughtful amenities in house, clean and comfortable. Will try to use on future trips! We had a great stay at this very spacious and comfortable home. The whole house was updated & well maintained. It had everything we needed during our stay & was very clean. The pool was big and backyard felt very private. Our group of six really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it

We were delighted to know that we had a host that had insured us that we were safe as well as responded to our questions and had given us step by step instructions before arriving. To sum it up, Akila made us feel right at home.

We Loved our stay at Carlos & Marci's place. Easy parking, we parked in the back. It felt very safe there. It was a quick walk to Forsyth Park where we easily found the free Dot bus system & went every where we wanted. Collins Quarter was right there when we entered the park and had great food. There was also a taco place very close, A Taco Affair, that we strongly recommend! So good! The apartment was cozy, clean and homey! Absolutely recommend this lovely stay! We had no problems and would definitely stay again.

yanina was absolutely amazing. the home was comfortable and exactly what we pictured for a girls trip! she provided extra mirrors for the girls and makeup towels for us . it was clean and comfy! would absolutely come back

House was perfect for a girls weekend. It’s convenient to downtown Savannah & tybee island. Home is furnished nicely with 4 large bdrms. Plenty of space for everyone & was super clean.

Three of us stayed at Garry's place, and we all liked it very much. The actual house is way better than the photos, and the small veranda was a wonderful addition to the place. The two huge upstairs bedrooms with TVs had en suites, and the den with the sofa bed had a half bath, so everyone had privacy concerning the toilets. The place was well-equipped with towels, plastic bags, coffee, and kitchen utensils, and the temperature of the rooms was easy to control. The dryer was amazing, and towels and jeans dried within minutes. The location was two blocks away from one of my favorite bakery/coffee shops called Mate Factor which makes organic breads, and it is the same distance to Kroger's Supermarket which is very convenient when you don't have a car. The host was so attentive, and he let us in much earlier than our check in time, which was so thoughtful since we arrived early in the morning. A great stay, and we would stay there again.

We had a wonderful visit! The pool was great, the beach did not disappoint for early morning shell walks, and we loved being able to play pickleball!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly like it was listed. Everything was pristine. Scott and his wife made sure we had everything we needed and extras. It was quite and peaceful and with in walking distance of lots of places. The places we did drive were with in 5 to 10 mins. I would highly recommend this condo to a couple or family. This lovely second floor, corner condo was perfect for me and my friend. It looked just like the pictures. Fancy Like Tybee was well stocked, beautifully decorated and comfortable! We loved the view of the pool and ocean from our balcony. Not to mention, we were steps away from them and the excellent onsite restaurant, The Deck. We really appreciated the garage parking too. We both spent a bit more than we planned on renting this condo. For the most part we feel it was well worth it. We made two trips to Savannah in our short stay and got a taste of the beauty and rich history of it. Savannah was about a 20 minute drive to do our history and cemetery walking tours, which we highly recommend! We experienced some excellent dining there as well as browsing through a few of the quaint shops.

Curt was quick and pleasant with communication. His instructions were perfect. His cozy place was kept up well and it was clean. Really loved it. AND the bag of "goodies" we were given at the front desk was amazing. So many supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, all kinds of soap, coffee stuff, tissues to name a few). The 2 people at the office were great, friendly and awesome attitudes. Highly recommend!!

Location was great and condo had a very relaxed vibe. Short drive to restaurants and stores. The beach was peaceful with gorgeous sunrises!

Ronnie's condo was beautiful and comfy. We spent mornings enjoying our coffee on the balcony. The beds were comfortable and towels / linens very nice. Ronnie was incredibly accommodating. We enjoyed Forsyth park, farmers market, Black Rabbit & the wonderful Old Pink House and all the southern charm Savannah offers!
