An early 1900’s cottage, recently renovated for simple style and comfort. The front veranda offers a view of interesting Cleaver Street, a hub of coffee shops. The spacious living room has polished floor boards. A functional kitchen, dining and living space opens onto a light filled spacious bedroom. A W.A. hardwood timber queen bed is the centrepiece of the room. There is also a private study space. Off the bedroom is a dressing room and spacious closet. There is a new light filled bathroom.

Our spacious Guestsuite is walking distance to University of WA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and Hollywood Hospital. It consists a lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!
