Beautiful waterfront property with private beach and private pier on the Rappahannock River near the Chesapeake Bay. Nestled in the little town of Morattico, this river front property is exceptionally situated right beside the Morattico Waterfront Museum. A large lot with an oversized front and back yard allows for fun and adventure anytime of the year. This property is located on a peninsula with only one road in making it a true island experience. Our house sits on the confluence of the Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay. Enjoy the property's private beach and dock, or a fire overlooking the water. Inside, there are 3 bedrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, living room and a separate dining room and den to enjoy with WiFi throughout. Only 1 hour and 15 minutes from King’s Dominion.

Come relax in our delightful waterfront home decorated with classic cottage décor. Sit out on one of the two big screened-in porches, go for a swim in the shallow brackish (mostly fresh) water, take a dip in the hot tub, or throw one of our crab pots in the water and enjoy the spoils of the waters off the Potomac River. Our house is situated off the Potomac on Hull Creek, which means the water is nice and shallow for little ones to play, and there are plenty of crabs to be caught!

Pine Shore Beach House on Chesapeake Bay w/ 170ft

While walking down our 170 foot pier extending way out into the Chesapeake Bay you cross state lines! That's right the huge 16x20 foot deck at the end of the pier is technically in Maryland. Private beach, expansive views of the Chesapeake as it intersects the Potomac River. Behind the home is the remaining 4.5 heavily wooded acres. Remodeled home that is our true escape. 4 bed/2 full bath. There are only a dozen homes on this street. It's truly nature at its finest.
