Located a few hours from DC and Richmond, this 2.5 acre waterfront property is a world away! Enjoy coffee on the porch, time on our private beach, sunsets from the dock, and evenings by the fire. Soak in the hot tub, or take the kayaks out! We offer comfy mattresses and cozy linens, as well as high speed wifi and a fully stocked kitchen.

Come relax in our delightful waterfront home decorated with classic cottage décor. Sit out on one of the two big screened-in porches, go for a swim in the shallow brackish (mostly fresh) water, relax in our hot tub, sweat in the sauna, or throw one of our crab pots in the water and enjoy the spoils of the waters off the Potomac River. Our house is situated off the Potomac on Hull Creek, which means the water is nice and shallow for little ones to play, and there are plenty of crabs to be caught!

Private beach, expansive views of the Chesapeake as it intersects the Potomac River. Behind the home is the remaining 4.5 heavily wooded acres. Remodeled home that is our true escape. 4 bed/2 full bath. There are only a dozen homes on this street. It's truly nature at its finest.
