Anyone who is looking for a place to unwind and leave the real world behind for a while will fall in love with this special place.Be aware that this is a rustic cabin, not a luxury accommodation. A 10 min walk through the woods is required to get from the parking lot to the cabin.

We would like to share this piece of our paradise with you, located on a peaceful, crystal clear lake. Acres of land, a sandy beach hidden behind a well-groomed property sprinkled with beautiful tall trees disappearing into the Acadian forest. Includes: private hot tub and firepit, shared sauna, cold plunge, lake access, public wood fired hot tub (great for groups when booking one than more cabin) canoe, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat, sandy beach, floating mat and more.

Experience rustic-modern living in our cozy cabin with a view! Rest in our loft on a queen bed, or on the main floor on the double sleeper sofa. Outside, unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or relax with a book in your favourite adirondack chair, and savor meals at the picnic table. Come experience farm life for yourself and stay at The Owl’s Nest Wilderness Cottage – our private, off grid retreat that boasts open pastures, wildlife and a warm Nova Scotia welcome! Tucked between Bear River, Annapolis Royal, and Kejimkujik National Park, Owl King Orchard is a 70 acre farm dotted with highland cattle, sheep, goats and winding forest trails. If you’re coming to unwind or to explore the local area, there is plenty of fun to be had all year ‘round.
