Hiking, Biking, 10 minutes to the beach and downtown Ventura. Pets are welcome. Please note that this space shares a wall with the main house.

A private, oceanfront ground floor apartment on a peaceful, white sand beach with only one apartment above. Enclosed, private patio with panoramic ocean, mountain and island views plus outdoor gas fire pit & gas BBQ. Steps from the patio are chairs in the sand with a huge sun umbrella. Complimentary beach bikes. Yummy cafe across the street. It's very rare to find a beachfront place at this price.

This one-bedroom apartment is situated on top of the garage building and has a separate entrance and a private yard. Its walking distance to down town Montecito's famous Coast Village Road and Butterfly Beach is a nice walking distance away. It has a light living room a bright kitchen with breakfast bar and bathroom with washer/ dryer and separate bedroom with a queen bed.
