It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

You can lounge on the dock, fish, swim, kayak, boat, visit Margaritaville/ Lake Lanier Islands, dine at Park Marina, rent jet skis and paddle boards, hike, picnic and much more for a fun filled holiday.

Windows everywhere make it feel like a tree house, on the lake. Our families home is all about family & friends gathering and having fun. The spaces in the home are very socially engaging. Take an easy 45 second, walk to the lake in our quite cove and go for an evening canoe, its pretty special. Bring your own boat and tie up at the dock if you prefer. The creek in the back of the home, that flows into Lake Lanier, is lightly active and creates a nice soundtrack for evenings on the back decks.

Lakeside Retreat is a cozy cabin perfect for couples on Lake Lanier. It is located in Dawsonville, Georgia with close proximity to numerous wineries, downtown Dahlonega, outlet mall shopping, wedding venues, and so much more. The kitchen and bathroom are stocked with most anything you might need while traveling. You will love the jetted tub as well as the comfy king bed. (You will have the entire place to yourselves as the basement portion is currently being used as storage.)

Treeview Terrace (Workspace - Deck)

Come stay in our private apartment located on the terrace level of our home. With comfort in mind, this one-bedroom apartment is the perfect retreat for your stay in Gainesville. The apartment boasts a full kitchen, king-size bed and dedicated work area. You will love the spa-like bathroom with walk-in shower. Enjoy a morning Nespresso or an evening glass of wine while spotting for deer on the private deck. While we live on the upper level your entrance and space is private.

White Deer Lodge on Lake Lanier, dogs welcome!

Bring your boat & family to this great place w/lots of room for fun on Lake Lanier! Although lakefront, you can’t see the lake very well from cabin, & dock is about 200 yards from the house, down a gradually sloping wide path to get to dock/lake. Dogs welcome w/$100 fee per dog. One king bedroom is above the garage. Also, the upper level of our dock is now permanently closed, but the lower level is usable with an empty slip for your boat, & deck space to sunbathe & relax.
