Am Fuße der malerischen Hohenzollernburg in Colmberg schmiegt sich unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Wohnlage ein, direkt angrenzend am Rehgehege. Unsere Unterkunft ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Burg Colmberg und dem Golfplatz entfernt. Das 95qm große Haus hat im Erdgeschoss ein komfortables Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, sowie 1 Badezimmer, 1 separates WC und 2 Doppelzimmer. Kostenlses WLAN steht zur Verfügung. Eladestation ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Entspannen und zur Ruhe kommen auf dem Land. Geniessen sie den wunderschönen, ruhigen Garten mit Sonnenterrasse am Goldfischteich, Pavillon und Schäferswagen zum spielen für ihre Kinder. Wir begrüßen Sie recht herzlich in unserem idyllisch gelegenen Ferienhaus. Es erwartet Sie eine neu renovierte Unterkunft mit liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern, zwei modernen Bädern und einer vollausgestatteten Küche. Es stehen kostenlose Parkplätze am Haus zur Verfügung. WLAN ist kostenfrei nutzbar. Unser Ferienhaus ist für bis zu 6 Personen (+ Babybetten) wunderbar geeignet, z.B. auch für Familientreffen sowie für Motorrad-, Radfahrer und Wanderer und alle, die sich eine Auszeit gönnen wollen.

Direkt an der Natur gelegen, bietet sie den perfekten Ort zum Abschalten, Entspannen und Durchatmen. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer (Betten: 2× 160×200 cm, 1× 180×200 cm). Zusätzlich lässt sich das Sofa im Wohnzimmer mit nur einem Knopfdruck in eine bequeme Schlafcouch verwandeln – ideal für weitere Gäste oder einen gemütlichen Filmabend.

Il y a plusieurs arbres fruitiers sur la vaste propriété, que vous pouvez utiliser de façon saisonnière.

Wir freuen uns sehr wenn ihr das Ferienhaus für euch selbst entdeckt. Mein Highlight im Haus ist der großzügige Wohnessbereich wo man auch mit großen Gruppen gemütlich sitzt. Bei Sonnenschein ist das Highlight natürlich der riesige Naturgarten, ob auf der Terrasse unter dem Nussbaum oder im Liegestuhl auf der Wiese
