Klein aber fein

Kleine Einzimmerwohnung im Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses. Mit Kochecke, kleinem Balkon und Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Ideal für Gäste die auf der Durchreise sind, Wanderer und Skifahrer die sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs sind, sich am Abend noch eine Kleinigkeit kochen wollen und den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen wollen. Man kann sich in der Küche ein leckeres Essen zu bereiten, jedoch kein Dreigänge Menü, da sie nur über zwei Kochplatten verfügt und kein Backofen, jedoch eine Mikrowelle vorhanden ist. Will man viel Platz ist unser Zimmer sicher das falsche.

Ruhig gelegene, helle Garconniere mit Balkon

Freundliche, helle, ruhig gelegene Garconniere mit Balkon. Der Ort liegt ideal für einen Zwischenstop auf der Durchreise. Die Skigebiete Kühtai, Seefeld und Hochötz sind mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Auch andere Skigebiete, das Ötztal, ein Golfplatz und die Area47 sind ganz in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Inntalradweg. Mötz liegt ca. 35 km westlich von Innsbruck, mit dem Auto 25 Minuten. Der Bahnhof ist 10 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt, mit dem Zug ist Innsbruck in ca. 35 Minuten zu erreichen.

Hintergraseck is situated above the Partnachgorge in the mountains with magnificent nature. Elmau Castle(G7-summit) is the neighbor to the east, 4.5km away. Unique view of the mountains. Wonderful for hiking and relaxing. Perfect for couples seeking rest, mountain loving adventurers, families with children. ATTENTION not directly accessible by car. Parking at 2.8km. Es erwartet euch eine schöne, sehr helle, freundlich eingerichtete 30 m² Wohnung mit atemberaubendem Ausblick auf die Tiroler Berge. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet angrenzend an einen Föhrenwald. In dieser 2 Zimmerwohnung befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 140 x 200 cm großen Bett, welches zum Entspannen einlädt. Zusätzlich befindet sich im Wohn-Essbereich eine großzügige Couch mit Schlaffunktion für 2 weitere Personen. Das kleine moderne Bad verfügt über eine Regendusche.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in ruhiger Ortsrandlage von Flaurling mitten im Grünen. Gartennutzung (Tisch, Stühle, Liegewiese, Basketballkorb, Fußballtor) im Bereich der Gästewohnung. Ein kostenloser Autoabstellplatz befindet sich vor dem Haus. Der Ort Telfs mit Kletterzentrum, Ganzjahres-Eishalle, Hallen- und Freischwimmbad sowie Sauna ist nur ca. 4 km entfernt. Die nächsten Skigebiete und die Landeshauptstadt Innsbruck erreichen Sie in ca. 20 Autominuten.

Das Haus Kunz befindet sich am Ortsende vom Imsterberg.Sehr ruhig hoch über dem Inntal gelegen. Unser Studio Larsen besteht aus einem großen Doppelbett, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, gemütlichem Sitzbereich, Dusche/Wc ,eine große Terrasse mit Sitzbereich und Grill.
