Just a 1 mile walk from Sanford Stadium and Downtown Athens, we are ready to accommodate your stay in the Classic City. Stadium Village is a gated community that offers pool access, a gym, laundry facility, and free parking. The unit is on the first floor for easy access. This condo is 2BR/1BA that features 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee bar, bathroom amenities, and 3 smart TVs.

Our 10-acre farm is 20 minutes from Athens, Georgia. Suite 3 has a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa and a private bath. It has antique furniture, a large closet, and hardwood floors. A mini-fridge and a K-cup coffee maker with coffee, tea and water bottles are provided. Guests may access an exercise room, a home theater, a billiard room and multiple outdoor seating areas to enjoy the scenery. Five additional suites are available at this property: Suite 1, Suite 2, Suite 4, Suite 5, and Suite 6.
