The home sits in the heart of 5 points best location for UGA games, 2 blocks from all the restaurants in 5 points and 1 mile walk to the stadium. Orginally home to the Costas who owned an Ice Cream factory downtown. They had 3 boys all of which played football for UGA. I purchased the home in 2006 from Jere Morehead, current UGA President. The home has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths including a separate basement apartment. Recently a casita has been added to the property on the right side.
